Antevo is a Portuguese public-procurement analytics service provided by Aljubarrota IT. By using the service you accept the terms below.
What Antevo is
Antevo gathers and displays Portuguese public-procurement data from open official sources and builds analytics on top of it: contract search, entity profiles, re-procurement forecasting (the “radar”) and alerts.
The service is a working tool, not legal or investment advice. The decision to bid is yours.
Accuracy and limits of the data
Data comes from external sources (see “Data sources”) and is updated with those sources’ latency. Antevo strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of any record and is not liable for errors in the primary source.
Radar forecasts are probability estimates with measured, not claimed, accuracy. We state explicitly the sample on which calibration was measured and where data is insufficient. A forecast is neither a promise nor advice.
The primary source of notices is Diário da República; it is published before our feed, and to meet submission deadlines you should verify there.
Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for actions taken under your account.
We may suspend access for abusive use, attempts to disrupt the service, or automated data collection beyond a reasonable volume.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful acts, for bulk automated downloading that bypasses the interface and API, or to resell the data as your own without attributing the source.
Open government data remains available to you under its original licences; Antevo’s analytics, interface and derived calculations are the operator’s intellectual property.
Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or decisions made on the basis of the service’s data.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Plans and limits
The base account is free. Plans differ in limits (for example, the number of subscriptions and profiles); the limits in force are shown in the interface at the moment you reach them. Plans are assigned by the operator; there is no self-serve plan change or payment collection in the service.
We may change plan composition and limits; material reductions of your current plan will be announced in advance by email.
Alerts and delivery channels
Alerts arrive only for subscriptions you created yourself, and only via channels you activated yourself: email after address confirmation, Telegram after linking the chat, WhatsApp after confirming the number with a code.
Every digest email contains a one-click unsubscribe link. You can disable any channel or pause subscriptions in settings at any time.
Account deletion
You can delete your account in settings. Deletion is irreversible: the account, organisation, subscriptions, profiles and pipeline are erased — as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; material changes are marked by the version date. By continuing to use the service you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by the law of Portugal. Questions: geral@aljubarrota-it.pt.
The terms are published in Portuguese, English and Russian. In case of divergence, the Portuguese version prevails.
